Telemarketing Executive

Hours: 8.00 am – 6.00 pm Monday to Friday
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £16,000 – £20,000 plus bonus – OTE £32,000

Our client a rapidly expanding subsidiary of a global HR and Payroll solutions company is looking for an experienced Telemarketing Executive.

Reporting to the Telemarketing Team Leader you will be responsible for the self- generation of leads.  Contacting potential customers by telephone and presenting the company’s services, predominantly focused on generating and obtaining new business.

Duties will include appointment setting, converting leads, pipeline building and lead generation.  In addition, you will be able to use your own initiative to drive your own activity to continually achieve desired KPIs. Also using social media and news platforms to identify business prospects which will help position the company and their services to increase the company’s market presence.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be able to demonstrate an excellent, persuasive telephone manner and have confidence in your own ability. The work is fast paced and intense as you only have a short time to build rapport with customers.  A self-motivated, confident, articulate individual with a fun sense of humour would be ideal for this client.

To succeed you will be a proven Telemarketer or Telesales Advisor with a minimum of 2 years’ B2B experience of creating sales opportunities for SME businesses.  You will be able to evidence success in achieving KPIs and be capable of learning and adapting quickly.  You will have an ambitious attitude and want to succeed in a sales environment.  Educated to a minimum of GCSE Level – Maths and English is essential.
