Client Relationship Executive

Hours: 8.00 am – 6.00 pm Monday to Friday
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £18-24,000 plus bonus – OTE £39,000

Due to expansion our client, a subsidiary of a global HR and Payroll solutions company is looking for an ambitious and self- driven Client Relationship Executive.

To succeed you will be a strong individual with a passion for selling and have a proven track record in closing business and achieving KPIs.  You will be self- motivated, ambitious with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Duties will include targeting potential SME businesses to identify possible future partnerships and developing relationships with key decision makers. Managing client relationships, developing account plans and delivering proposals.  Booking and conducting Web Ex meetings to demonstrate the key features and benefits of the payroll and HR solutions.  The successful candidate will effectively manage pipeline opportunities through the sales process to secure sales. Also identifying business prospects through social media and news channels to identify business needs which will give our client a competitive advantage.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ proven B2B sales experience of cold calling, creating and closing sales opportunities along with evidence of achieving KPIs and revenue targets.  You will be a confident, strong communicator and be willing to learn and adapt quickly. Educated to a minimum of GCSE Level – Maths and English essential.
